For best use:
Store product at room temp.
Wash hands before and after use.
Prior to opening the tube massage the tube for 30 sec. Remove the cap and foil seal. Squeeze the tube to expel the product to the rim of the tube. Replace the cap.  You may encounter some resistance initially. Continue to squeeze the tube until a pea sized amount is obtained. Apply a thin layer externally to the vulva. May reapply as needed.
